Sox Take Series Opener 3-2 Over Struggling Cubs; Kerry Wood to Retire – Wrigley Field 5/18/12

The White Sox took game 1 of the Crosstown Classic with an exciting 3-2 win over the Cubs at Wrigley Field today.

The Cubs are now 15-24 – they have dropped 4 straight and only the San Diego Padres have a worst record in the National League than the Cubs.
